Items must be unworn/unused with packaging unopened/tags not removed to qualify for a refund. We do not cover the cost of return postage and please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us so please pack well and use Royal Mail first class Signed For service so that the Royal Mail do not lose it. Please note that we do not give refunds unless the item is returned and we do not offer courier pickup.
Once we have received the item back and have inspected it we will issue your refund immediately.
If an item arrives damaged then please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items damaged by the customer. Attempts to return goods that have been damaged by the customer while claiming the goods were damaged on receipt is fraud and a criminal offence.
Returns and refunds are not accepted on underwear, swimwear, pyjamas, hats and jewellery intended for body piercings (such as earrings) under any circumstances due to hygiene.
