Items must be unworn/unused with packaging unopened/tags not removed to qualify for a refund. We do not cover the cost of return postage but please be aware that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us so please pack well and use Royal Mail first class Signed For service so that the Royal Mail do not lose it. Please note that we do not give refunds unless the item is returned and we do not offer courier pickup.
Once we have received the item back and have inspected it we will issue your refund immediately.
If an item arrives damaged then please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for items damaged by the customer.
We do not replace items that experience wear and tear or quality control issues. However, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know if you do have any problems like this so that we can speak with our suppliers and prevent any future occurrences.
Returns and refunds are not accepted on underwear, hats, and jewellery intended for body piercings (such as earrings) under any circumstances.
