At Gear4Geeks, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase but if you are not, then we accept returns within 14 days as per your statutory rights. We pride ourselves on our customer care and will strive to assist you as best we can.

Damaged Goods

All items we sell are brand new and undamaged (except items marked as preowned) but we do not guarantee “mint” packaging. Packaging may have scuffs, light marks, minor corner marking, light marks or indents on bubbles/windows; figures may have minor paint application flaws or movement of accessories within the packaging.

All defects need to be reported to us within 48 hours of your delivery. We cannot accept claims for damage or defects after this period.

We do not replace or refund items that have minor packaging damage, major packaging damage from transit will be considered with photographs. Returns due to damaged packaging are at the buyer’s expense. Should the damage in transit be sufficient enough to damage the figure inside then we will refund. We will also cover the return postage.

We require all items to be returned and received before issuing a refund. Items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

We do not replace or refund items with minor paint application flaws or minor functionality issues that have passed manufacturing quality controls like loose or tight joints, or known production flaws.

We do not replace or refund items damaged by the customer.

Attempts to return goods that have been damaged by the customer while claiming the goods were damaged on receipt or claiming that a parcel has not been received when it has is fraud and a criminal offence.

Unwanted Goods

We accept returns within 14 days provided the item is returned in the same condition as it was sent in. The item must be unopened, unused and in the case of clothing, unworn. Return postage is at the cost of the customer. Sale items cannot be returned. Stripe no longer refund card processing fees; these fees will not be refunded for unwanted goods or when customers change their mind on purchases before dispatch.

Please contact us before returning the item, we can’t process returns that arrive without us knowing in advance about them.

Goods Not Received

All orders are sent tracked, please check your emails for the tracking details and for updates. Should an item not arrive in the specified time please contact us. The Royal Mail doesn’t allow claims before ten working days have passed and their investigation can take up to 10 days, so we cannot issue a refund before that point as the Royal Mail may find your parcel.

Undelivered Goods

Goods returned to us as undeliverable are charged to us by Royal Mail, therefore it is important that customers track their items and rearrange deliveries. Any items needing to be resent will need to have additional postage paid. At our discretion an additional fee may be charged to cover the cost of the return postage.


Refunds are issued to the payment source used.
