Raw begins with the roster assembled at the top of the stage for a moment of silence to remember the Orlando shooting victims.

WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day come out to cut a promo about their Fatal 4 Way defence at Money in the Bank but are interrupted first by Enzo Amore and Big Cass then The Vaudevillains and The Club also come out.

Titus O’Neil comes out for a match but is ambushed by Rusev who beats him down then clamps on The Accolade.

Ambrose Asylum segment. Dean Ambrose‘s guests are Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns who reminisce about The Shield before they focus on each other and the World Heavyweight Championship. A brawl breaks out with Reigns putting Rollins down with the Superman punch then Ambrose takes out Reigns with Dirty Deeds. Lots of looking at the MITB briefcase hanging above the ring.

Steph talks to Ambrose backstage and puts him in the main event later tonight against Chris Jericho.

Charlotte (WWE Women’s Champion) v Paige – Non title match
A non title match? Wonder who’ll win this. Paige wins with the Ram-Paige.

Sheamus v Zack Ryder
Sheamus wins with the Brogue Kick. Sheamus continues the beat down after the bell but Apollo Crews makes the save.

Kevin Owens tries to convince Shane to remove Alberto Del Rio from Money in the Bank as he’s only just arrived. Del Rio interrupts explaining he was detained at the airport because Owens had set security on him. Kane suggests Lucha Dragons against Owens and Del Rio for later, if the Dragons win they replace Owens and Del Rio at Money in the Bank.

Sami Zayne v Cesaro
Zayne gets the win after a decent back and forth match.

AJ Styles and John Cena Contract Signing
Cena has two contracts – one is a singles match, the other is for all 3 members of the Club against Cena. Lots of trash talking with Cena mentioning ROH, PWG and New Japan, AJ signs the singles match contract and walks away.

The Lucha Dragons v Alberto Del Rio and Kevin Owens
Lots of tension here and teased turns, Owens gets the win with a Powerbomb but is laid out by Del Rio.

Owens complains to Steph backstage about Sami Zayne being on commentary in the main event and wants to do commentary too. Steph agrees but then Del Rio arrives with the same demand; Steph makes him timekeeper instead.

Dean Ambrose v Chris Jericho
Dean wins with Dirty Deeds but is attacked after the match by Owens. Zayne comes in for the save but is jumped by Del Rio leading to Cesaro coming out. A big brawl ensues but while everyone is fighting, Jericho climbs a ladder to grab the briefcase. Raw ends with Jericho sitting on the ladder with the briefcase while the others look on.
